Born in England and proudly raised by loving Barbadian parents, I carry forward their faith, humility, generosity, and integrity. They taught me that success is not only about what you achieve, but about the foundational character you carry and who you become along the way.
I’m a proud mother of twin daughters who are my greatest inspiration and my “why.” Watching one thrive at Howard University and the other continue her journey at Bowie State University reminds me daily that perseverance, education, and character create opportunity.
This season of life has brought growth, travel, new beginnings, and the start of my doctoral journey, along with plenty of Brooklyn pride as I celebrated the Knicks’ unforgettable championship run. Their 29-point comeback reflects how I try to live: stay focused, trust the process, collaborate, never give up, and keep moving forward.

I am a senior learning and compliance leader dedicated to transforming how organizations develop and support their workforce. With more than 20 years of experience across HR systems, digital learning, leadership development, and enterprise compliance, I bring a strategic, people-centered approach to building meaningful learning experiences.
As Director of Regulatory Compliance Training and Communications, I lead enterprise learning strategies supporting 74,000 employees and manage the PeopleSoft LMS platform. My work focuses on intuitive, user-centered learning, developing web-based training, senior executive/stakeholder engagement, compliance readiness, and creating educational and career pathways through learning partnerships. With a 98% training compliance rate, I believe accessible, meaningful learning strengthens organizations while empowering people to develop and succeed.
